Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Sr.Sec.School, Kitchlu Nagar, Ludhiana celebrated the 550th Prakash Utsav of Sh.Guru Nanak Dev Ji- A prophet of freedom and humanity with religious fervor and gaiety.
A huge morning procession (Prabhat Pheri) led by Panj Pyare extensively spread the message of peace and universal brotherhood. Divine Kirtan Darbar emanicipated all and set to soar on high. Reliving the significant account of Guru Ji’s life various commendable incidents were narrated to the students.
Following the ritual of Naam Japo, Kirat Karo, Vand Chhoko and inculcating the respect for Equality and Seva Bhav langar was distributed and enjoyed by all the students and staff.
Whirlpool of passions and desires allures, attaches all more with the physical world of fake attractions, thinner the wall of ego and live with teachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji and follow the religion of humanity and truthfulness–said Principal Mrs.Neelam Mittar while addressing and congratulating the students.
